Q: What does the Automated Webinar Generator do?
A: Our software automates the entire process of creating a powerful automated webinar system that you can host on our servers, or you can install on your own servers. Q: Does this software generate traffic?
A: No, this software is not about driving traffic, but rather about creating an incredible webinar experience for your attendees that appears to be a live event, thereby eliminating the need for the host to be at the webinar at all. You record your perfect webinar once, then it is delivered as if it is a live event over and over again.
Q: Is there a limit to how many webinars I can run?
A: No, you may run as many webinars as you like.
Q: Are there any hosting charges after purchase of the product? Will hosting costs remain free for any number of webinars, forever?
A: You may choose to host your webinar on our servers or on yours. If you choose to run your webinar on one of our hosting domains, then there is no additional charge and you may run as many webinars as you would like. If you choose to host your webinar with us, you may choose from one of the domains we have setup for hosting our customers webinars. Q: Do you support my specific web cart for checkout?
A: We support all shopping carts in the sense that when you display the ‘buy’ button you can link that button to any external cart that you have an account with.
Q: Does it integrate with Paypal?
A: You may link the buy button to any cart you want, including paypal. You may also use any Autoresponder with the service.
Q: Can I use my own custom autoresponder.
A: Yes, we support any autoresponder such as iContact, ConstantContact , GetResponse, Aweber etc... that provides html form code. You simply copy your html form code from your autoresponder, then paste into our software.
Q: Can I run this as a live webinar or only pre-recorded replies?
A: We do not support running real-time (or actually live) webinars, however, our Automated Webinar Generator generates all the code and files you need to host webinars that appear live to your attendees. We do this by using your pre-recorded webinar video which you upload, then our software takes over and creates a complete automated webinar sales system to sell your product or service.
Q: I’ve heard that buffering on slow internet connections makes a ‘simulated live' event look fake. So some solutions allow you to break the video into chunks to eliminate buffering issues -- or does you player buffer and play at the same time to avoid buffering delays?
A:The player works like 99% of online video players: it buffers to 5% and then streams on. However, if you upload a SUPER heavy webinar video (like 300mb or something crazy like that), that 5% might take quite a few moments to buffer up and begin playing...but after that should work just fine. That's why it's important that the user tries to export the video as efficiently as possible.
Q: I wonder how are the delivery rates of the reminder/replay emails that the system sends?
A: Email deliverability depends a few factors. The most important are: whether or not the recipient expects the email, the reputation of the sending domain and finally the content of the emails. Since we are only sending transactional emails (not promotions) on your behalf to people who registered for a webinar the deliverability should be quite good. However, if you are concerned and want complete control of your email deliverability, you may choose to host your webinar on your own domain. This insures that you are in complete control of your domains sending reputation and can manage it yourself.
Q: Is this software a desktop product or hosted online? If it's a desktop product, will it run on a Mac?
A: Our software runs on a server, not on your desktop. The server it runs on can be ours (when you host your webinar with us), or your own server (which you can pay for monthly from any reputable web host).
Q: For example, with my offline clients, could I set up autowebinars for them?
A: You may use our software for any business that you own. If you have clients, they must purchase a copy for their own use.
Q: If I owned the old automated webinar product that Hector used to sell, do I get a discount or free upgrade?
A: No. this is an entirely new product being brought to market by a new company and must be purchased as such. There really is no comparison between what we are offering and the old product Hector used to offer.
Q: Can buy the product launch wordpress theme now?
A: I'm sorry we do not offer the Word Press Theme as a separate product at this time.
Q: Does the EVERGREEN branding show up on my webinar pages anywhere?
A: You can choose whether to display Powered By EvergreenBusinessSystem.com or not. It is turned off by default. If you choose to display it you can make it your affiliate link and you get credit for any sales that occur and get an affiliate commission.
Q: Do you support other Languages in the user interface that my attendees will see?
A: If you host your webinar with us, we currently only offer English language user interface elements. If you host your webinar on your own server, you can modify the graphics yourself to support any language you wish. Obviously, the emails that get sent out and the webinar itself will be in your native language since you will be creating both.
Q: Does the Product Launch Wordpress Theme create membership sites?
A: No it doesn't create a membership sites, but it creates amazing squeeze pages, sales pages, and complete sales funnels. Once someone clicks the ‘buy’ button you can send them to your own cart for checkout.
Q: Is there some sort of safeguard to make sure that people dont record the webinar?
A: NOPE!
Q: If I can setup a members area, does it a give me the ability to easily add videos and stream them from Amazon?
A: yes: you will be able to stream videos from Amazon
Q: If I can setup a members area, can customers easily manage their accounts... more specifically easily cancel their subscription?
A: You can set up a membership area using 3rd party Wordpress plugins like WishList or Digital Access Plugins. Regarding the customers managing their accounts, that depends on how you set up your WishList or DAP settings.
Q: On my own websites can I host webinars for my clients?
A: No I'm sorry, we dont offer resell rights, meaning that the webinars are only and exclusively to be used for your webinars.
Q: Can I install the program on client owned websites?
A: No, ou cannot host or generate webinars for other people, regardless of whether it's on your site or theirs.
Q: If a customer has a question about a service or product, how do they ask questions since I would not be in attendance?
A: You have two options:
1) If you want to be online at the time of your webinar, you can activate the Live Chat and indeed chat with your customers in real time while the webinar presentation is taking place.
2) If you dont want to be online, simply activate the email-forward feature, and all questions typed in by your customers will be redirected to your email address, so you can answer them back at your earliest convenience.
Q: Is this designed just for use only in wordpress or can it be incorporated into other website designs. I use ShopFactory for my website?
A: It's in fact NOT a wordpress plugin. It's a stand alone software and yes, you can incorporate your own design if you dont want to use the built-in templates.
Q: If possible to use in my site, do you have any instructions or idea who I would use to help me incorporate it into my site?
A: Correct, you can integrate it with your own site. In the members area you will find tutorial videos walking you through the entire process.
Q: I also use Constant Contact for listbuilding so is that compatible with your generator or would I need to switch to another company.
A: Yes, we can integrate it with Constant Contact for you no problem
Q: Can I employ/use this for delivering webinars that are in themselves the product, that is, write/deliver training webinars which people pay to attend? (rather than using it solely as a marketing tool) Is there a mechanism for setting up a buy-now to attend a paid \'live\' webinar if this is an optioN?
A: Absolutely. What you would do it to set the webinar registration page as your Thank You page, meaning the page your paying customers are redirected to upon completing the payment checkout page.
Q: Also, is there any reason why it would not work just to deliver content? I have been considering offering Webinars as a part of my Aerial Photography Training program. The primary purpose would be to deliver the content of the webinar, not to actually sell the program.
A. It works perfectly to deliver content. Just do not put the buy button at the end!
